Open to creators aged 18 or over whose published work during the qualifying year sits substantially within this category, and whose work is lawful and consistent with the PALMA content policy. Nominations point to work; nothing explicit is uploaded to PALMA.
Judges weigh craft, originality and consistency. Shock is not a criterion. A judge who cannot assess a nomination without viewing material PALMA does not host assesses it externally or declares that they cannot.
