Open to creators aged 18 or over who identify as women. Gender is self-declared at the point of nomination and PALMA requests no evidence of it. Work must have been published during the qualifying year.
Achievement and creative quality lead. Judges are briefed to disregard follower and subscriber counts entirely, and to assess a full year of work rather than a single release.
